Time for Show and Tell: The top picture was taken on board the Galaxy Cruise ship while docked in Athens on our 25th anniversary - July 31, 2006. I was around 280 pounds.
The next picture was June 11, 2008 at my son's graduation from Police Foundations at Algonquin College in Ottawa. (He graduates from Carlton University next; I will take up much less room in that photo.) I was still flirting with 280 pounds.
This picture was taken July 6th of 2009. The only thing that is big on me now is my smile. At this point I was 208 pounds. As I write this (August 14th) I am 196 pounds.
