Anticipation

This coming Tuesday is my "moved up" appointment to get a clearance letter from my cardiologist in London, Ontario (half way between Toronto and Windsor).  It is about a 45 minute drive for me in good weather; those of us in Southwestern Ontario are aware that winter came early and stayed.  Right now we have a "Winter Wonderland" and more of the white stuff forecast for Tuesday; however, I have snow tires and I am determined to make this appointment. (I know the rest of you don't get much of this stuff  (Toronto, Windsor, NC); it's mostly those of us who are east of Lake Huron or Georgian Bay who are the "lucky" ones who get all the squalls off the lakes. I look forward to our annual trek to Myrtle Beach in March to get an earlier dose of spring!  I will write again on Tuesday after my appointment.
