Back to School

Today we start getting back into routine again.  We drove our daughter back to university this afternoon. Our son went back to his university in Ottawa last week.  We are now unchaperoned - I mean empty-nesting - again.

My wife and I start back at school tomorrow.  The routine will help with the eating.  I intend to try some Weight-Watcher smoothie ideas as a change-up for breakfast to start the ball rolling.

While the proportions can vary according to taste, here are the ingredients:
1c skim or 1% milk
1/4c fat free plain yogurt
1 banana (very "appealing")
some frozen fruit (fresh if you can get it) - just a few is plenty
blend until frothy (or until it wakes everyone in the house)

By the way, I'm my parent's worst nightmare:  I am 50 years old, still in school, and spend most of my time in the principals' office...
